“ PSAM Fix It” is a mobile application that allows the PSAM staff to share any maintenance feedback immediately to the facilities department via their mobile devices.
In the submission, the staff can also choose to snap a photo on the spot or upload a picture from the gallery for illustration purposes.
The key features of PSAM Fix It are as follows:
- Snap a photo of the maintenance feedback. The application will automatically route the feedback to the facilities department for follow-up
- View your submitted feedbacks’ status via the mobile application. The facilities officer will promptly update the status to keep the staff in the loop.
